VIDEO FEATURING THE BEACH BOYS! IT'S A ROUGH CUT WITH COOL DRONE SHOTS.... This 911 has the 3.2 engine with the G50 transmission. The paint, motor and some of the interior are all original to the car.
KNOWN HISTORY OF THE CAR:
Porsche Factory Completion Date: 3/10/1987
Delivery inspection at Dave Strong Porsche/Audi, Salt Lake City, Utah: 4/30/1987 (18 miles on the odometer)
4/1987 - 1997: Name of the original owner is unknown, however we do believe he was in the military and purchased the car at Dave Strong Porsche, SLC Utah. He then brought the car to Southern California and it reportedly sat in his father's garage during his overseas deployment. (If you know anything about this 10 year period, please drop me a note using the 'Contact Owner' link.)
1997 - 8/2006: Joel B. was the second owner. The UCSD professor drove the 911 for about 10 years. He told me he loved the car but had to sell it because the car didn't have power steering and his wife had trouble parallel parking.
9/2006 - 9/2013: Jean Paul M. was the third owner. He lived near Los Angeles and told me he always parked it in the garage. He and his wife would drive it on weekends to Malibu on Mulholland Highway.
10/2013 - Present: I am the fourth owner of the car and a member of the Santa Barbara Region of the Porsche Club of America. It's maintained by the great folks at Schneider Autohaus in Santa Barbara.
10/2019 - Fernando Aguilar at The Valley Upholstery Shop in Newbury Park installed a new interior. I highly recommend them.
Here is the Hagerty Value of this car.
